A
working knowledge of VHDL debugging is necessary and useful to
use this tool library. Perl is
required, Cygwin or Linux is suggested.
Partitioning routines are providing by the KMETIS toolset, developed at the University of Minnesota:

The tree:trie data structure used in the paper requires the trie data
structure module

System currently set to extract patterns from Hogwash style databases.
Please download new current rulesets from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/hogwash/
After extracting the files, create a folder called "vhdl". This is where
all code will be generated to.
