My research
was in exploration of models and mapping techniques for
reconfigurable computing. Hardware which can change its functionality
on the fly is a tangible promise in the near future. Such
reconfigurable hardware represents a new paradigm shift in computing.
The thesis presents algorithmic techniques to exploit
such technology. I was trying to design a clutch for this
paradigm shift so to speak!
